What is the cost to sell at ZellJoy.com
At this time ZellJoy does not charge listing fees.
ZellJoy will deduct 18% from the total selling price.
After your sales reach USD$1000 per month, a monthly fee of USD$29.99 will kick in. You will be notified before it is implemented.
No, ZellJoy does not charge the vendor any return fees, late fees, or cancellation fees.
However, ZellJoy expects its mindful vendors to care about the customer experience and therefore, ship orders on time as promised and keep the inventory at ZellJoy.com updated.
Returns & Refunds
If the vendor offers a return policy, clearly state that on the Vendor Onboarding Form.
The customer will either contact ZellJoy or the vendor directly to authorize a return.
After the vendor has received the returned item, you may issue a refund via your Vendor Dashboard.
The vendor can decide on their policies. We encourage the vendors to offer a return policy, however, we understand if the vendor is unable to accept returns.
Therefore, please state your return policy on the Vendor Onboarding form.
